Kohler India draws plan to double retail network

Leading sanitary ware brand Kohler India is planning to double its retail network in the next three years. The company considers India as one of its three most strategic markets. Kohler India is planning to expand its retail presence, with a focus on the top cities.
The company currently has a network of about 500 showrooms across the country and eyeing for rapid expansion in tier-I and II cities. The company’s KEC outlets, unlike regular outlets, are not designed like display centres or showrooms, but are ‘inspiration
zones’ sprawled over 16,000 sq ft, meant more for customer engagement than sales. Kohler India’s retail network expansion plan is a fresh business opportunity for the signage companies involve in in-store graphics, designs and branding projects.
