Kodak unpacks a new Universal backlit film, which is designed in a gloss-coated polyester to produce vibrant light box graphics. It also looks great without backlighting for other display applications. Compatible with dye and pigmented inks, this newly released film is water resistant with pigmented inks and emulates the popular Kodak Duratrans Display Material from continuous-tone machines. For smooth production and installation, Kodak Universal backlit film of 8 mil is relatively heavy and rigid, making it durable and easy to work with in production.
