KFC plans for 500 outlets in India by 2015

KFC, world’s one of the biggest restaurant chain, expects to open 500 outlets by 2015 in India. The company will be present in 75 cities by that time and will explore bigger cities first before going to smaller markets. In its new move, the company will also increase their presence in states like Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Orissa, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan. KFC currently has 86 stores in 16 cities and 35 more stores would be added by this year-end. Now, the high-end food chain is bringing a new taste in the business of signage players engaging extensively in retail segment.
