Home Centre to have 25 outlets by 2014

Home Centre, the chain of furniture, home accessories and kitchenware outlets from Dubai based Landmark Group, is planning to increase the number of stores it runs to 25 from the current 15 by 2014 in India. The proposed expansion will attract an investment of Rs 300 crore going by current market trend. The company has been focusing the market in the Metroes and major cities, while it has also started off two stores in tier-II cities of Coimbatore and Mangalore as a test basis. Opening of high-end outlets would bring in some new business opportunities for the signage companies dealing in in-shop designs, designs, and other related activities.
