Grimco Inc acquires GSG (Graphic Solutions Group)

Graphic Solutions Group, Inc. (GSG), which has been long recognised as a premier supplier in the sign, digital printing, and apparel decorating marketplace, has announced its acquisition by Grimco Inc., a leading supplier in the industry. The acquisition of Dallas-based GSG is expected to close on January 1, 2025. Following the acquisition, GSG will operate as a separate company for nine months to a year. During that time, customers will see no disruption in service. GSG customers can continue placing orders through their usual channels – by phone, in person, or online – just as they have always done.

Eventually, GSG will be fully integrated into Grimco, aligning both companies’ operations to enhance service and expand product offerings. GSG’s strong expertise in the apparel decorating industry, combined with Grimco’s expansive resources, will create significant opportunities for customers. While GSG continues to operate independently in the short term, the eventual integration will provide customers with access to a wider product selection and enhanced support.
