Future Group is imagining a future with the consumers and how they can offer the lowest prices and the convenience of shopping from home or in whichever way they want. That is the whole idea of opening small stores which is based on membership and technology. The group already has 1000 small stores, out of which 600 stores are on tech front and on membership model. All the stores will be converted into the membership model and the company’s plan is to open another 1,000 stores this year which should take their store count to maybe around 2,000 stores. The company’s ambition is of opening 10,000 stores in this format driven by membership and technology. With such plan and ambition of the company, here comes the business opportunity for the signage companies engaging in in-store branding and graphic projects.
