Future Group acquires Shoprite store, to unveil new brand

Future Group bought the lone India franchisee store of Shoprite Holdings Ltd, South Africa’s biggest grocery chain. Located at Mulund in Mumbai, Shoprite store will be used to unveil Future Group’s new brand of stores. The new brand of shops will mostly stock food items, spreading over 55,000 sq ft. Well, the acquisition of Shoprite store by Future Group is opening of a new opportunity for the signage industry, particularly the in-store media companies, print providers and sign suppliers.
