First retail outlet of Biswa Bangla in three months

The first retail outlet of the newly created Biswa Bangla brand, which is conceptualised and designed by West Bengal Chief MinisterMamata Banerjee, will be opened in the next three months at the airport.. The company has already taken around 1,500 sq ft space for it. The first Biswa Bangla store would house handicraft and handloomproducts of the state. It has been expected to be ready to replicate the model in 171 stores owned by the Handloom department under the MSME Ministry. Emergence of such new stores will boost the business opportunity of those signage players like PSPs, fabricators, sign makers and others which engage in in-shop display works and other tasks.
