First pressure sensitive laminate in the world

Seal Graphics and Starleaton have introduced a new high-performance, pressure-sensitive, solvent-based laminate Seal UV-Sol Sandtex. The laminate is a tough sand-textured, non-reflective surface that offers maximum protection from scuffing, marking and UV rays. The advanced UV absorbers enable Seal and Starleaton to guarantee serviceable life of three years for outdoor and five years for indoor graphics.

UV-Sol Sandtex is slip- rated for use in floor graphics applications, available in an 80 or 100-micron version.
UV inks typically exhibit a low-energy surface that can cause problems when laminating both rigid and flexible materials. The UV-Sol range of films overcomes this issue completely and provides a strong, durable bond.
