ITMA 2023 has to host a highly anticipated showcase of trendsetting textile and garment technologies. The expo is set to organise at Fiera Milano Rho exhibition centre from June 8 to 14, 2023. CEMATEX, the European Committee of Textile Machinery Manufacturers, has announced that the exhibition space grossing 220,000 sq m is now fully booked. Since the last ITMA exhibition in Barcelona in 2019, the world has changed drastically due to the coronavirus pandemic and geopolitical situation, but despite various disruptions, space in ITMA 2023 is fully booked and companies are buoyant about the outlook of the market with most borders now fully open, says a source.
The upcoming ITMA 2023 will feature more than 1,600 exhibitors from 44 countries and a list of 100 companies is still waiting to be allocated space in their preferred sectors. There will be a total of 20 product sectors covering the entire textile and garment manufacturing value chain, including textile composites. CEMATEX comprises national textile machinery associations from Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the UK. It is the owner of ITMA and ITMA ASIA.
