Epson upbeat for complete ‘design-to-finish’ production

Epson reveals its complete ‘design-to-finish’ production of t-shirts, apparel, wall coverings and signage. This combo from the company showcased at the recent FESPA Digital 2014 at Munich attracted huge crowds. The company also picked up two prestigious EDP Awards: the Epson SureColor SC-F2000 won Best Direct to Garment Textile Printer and Japanese Kozo Paper Thin translucent, natural-fibre inkjet paper, won Best No-Adhesive Roll Media. The high level of interest underlines how serious Epson is as a manufacturer of quality products for the textile, decor, sign and display sectors.

Over the last two years alone, Epson has introduced 10 professional print products under the ‘Sure’ brand. These have feature several ‘firsts’ which bring new levels of quality and versatility to the industry. These include Epson’s first single-pass digital label press and UV technology (the SurePress L-6034V), its first mini dry photolabs (the SureLab range), its first signage/POS wide-format printers (the SureColor SC-S range), its first dye sublimation printers (the SureColor SC-F range), its first direct-to-garment textile printer (the SureColor SC-F2000, pictured above) and a new-generation of aqueous display graphics printers (the SureColor SC-T range).
