Enfocus releases new workflow solution

Enfocus releases new workflow solution—PitStop 24.11. This new workflow solution has a range of significant improvements, including support for macOS 15 (Sequoia), new Actions for Colour Separations and technical content extraction, improved UX/UI and search, as well as enhanced capabilities for PitStop Server, which now accepts PNG and JPEG files as input. As PitStop Pro and PitStop Server 24.11 now fully support macOS 15, it ensures that customers can upgrade their systems without disrupting workflows. Adding separation pages to document, this action enables users to generate colour separations from a PDF and insert them into the document. It’s particularly useful for processes like screen printing or die engraving where separations are essential.

Numerous minor adjustments have been made to PitStop Pro’s UX/UI, including enhanced dark mode support (Mac OS), improved search functionality, and refinements to the Inspector tool. These updates increase ease of use and ensure a smoother experience for daily operations. With the new workflow, colour conversion issues can now be more easily investigated as PitStop provides details about the ICC Profile. Information such as the ICC Profile ID and others can be viewed in the Inspector in PitStop Pro and in the Preflight Reports. PitStop 24.11 also brings a series of improvements, including the update of the flattening library, the addition of Pantone V5 libraries, and many others.
