DLF Brands, a subsidiary of realty major DLF, plans to launch multi-brand retail stores to sell international fashion labels under one roof. It will introduce up to five such stores every year. The first such store will be launched in Delhi by the end of this year. Every multi-brand store would require an area of 10,000 to 15,000 sq ft with an investment of up to Rs 15 crores. The company is also planning to enter the beauty and wellness category and enhance presence in the home segment, where it has a presence under its own brand Pure & Living. So, such a development in the retail sector with the launch of multi-brand DLF stores will be an added opportunity for the signage companies associated with in-store signs and graphic jobs.
