ColorLogic’s new ColorAnt 11 enhances precision & efficiency

Hybrid software brand ColorLogic has stated that its newest version of its industry-leading colour measurement and correction software, ColorAnt 11, is designed to optimize workflow efficiency and colour accuracy. This newly launched ColorAnt 11 introduces advanced features tailored for professionals in colour management, making it an indispensable tool for modern print production. With a revamped user interface, ColorAnt 11 streamlines test chart creation, offering a faster, more intuitive experience. The innovative ‘Complementary Mini Charts’ mode further enhances flexibility, allowing users to generate custom charts for diverse printing applications.

This update in ColorAnt 11 also introduces enhanced spot colour control, featuring an ‘Add overprints on black’ option within Spot Color Libraries, providing greater precision in complex printing scenarios. Key improvements include expanded functionality in the Edit Primaries tool, enabling fine-tuned adjustments to primary colour density. The enhanced Adopt Secondaries feature ensures greater accuracy when managing secondary colours. Additionally, ColorAnt 11 now supports the Barbieri Spectro Swing qb measurement device, offering fully automated colour chart measurement through USB and Ethernet connections.
