COLOR MATE DIGITAL installs HP Latex 570 and Impulsa Sewing Station

New Delhi-based COLOR MATE DIGITAL, one of the leading one-stop signage solutions corners in the capital, has upgraded its production facility with the adoption of an HP Latex 570 and Impulsa Sewing Station. Adoption of the two new state-of-the-art systems for fabric display graphics has marked the company’s advanced move into fabric printing. “Fabric is the future of signage as this eco-friendly material will replace all the conventional PVC-based products,” says Sandeep Bhutani of COLOR MATE DIGITAL.

According to Sandeep, their adoption of HP Latex 570 is a one step forward in fabric printing. Designed to produce highly saturated prints with upto 50 percent more ink density using vivid printmodes, this latex system is capable to run at the maximum speed of 248 sq ft/hr in indoor quality mode than any other in the series, delivering graphics in 1200 dpi resolution. “When it comes to textile, HP Latex 570 is capable to handle backlit, textile, vinyl, wallpapers, canvas (16-pass) at 6 sq m/hr and high saturation textiles (20-pass) at 5 sq m/hr,” explains Sandeep. The newest HP Latex 570 has double optimiser as compared to earlier HP 360 model –giving a better speed, quality and durability. Moreover,Germany-made Impulsa Sewing Station is a highly-automated fabric sewing system designed for SEG (Silicon Edges Graphics).
