CIL Textiles introduces eco-friendly versatile Sun Fabric

In this new age of ‘green’ or eco-friendly printing in the advertising or display graphic world, Indore-based CIL Textiles has come out with a specially woven new textile material for both indoor and outdoor applications. This newly introduced Sun Fabric is a recyclable and versatile fabric solution compatible with a wide range of printing technologies. Attributed with unique characteristics, Sun Fabric is designed as a perfect fabric solution for various applications in indoor and outdoor environments. This new and recyclable printing material is compatible with a varied range of technologies, such as solvent, eco-solvent, latex or any other pigment-based inks.

Sun Fabric is non-tearable, stretchable and can be easily pasted on iron frames or others. Seaming can also be done as easily as flex material, using preferably a seaming machine or bonds. ‘Light weight’ is another unique characteristic of this newly launched fabric solution and graphics printed on it will never get cracked when folded. This makes Sun Fabric easy to transport as one can fold and pack it inside a suitcase to carry along comfortably. Unlike conventional materials which we often found with curled-up edges after applications, Sun Fabric remains straight when we mount it on a standee,” said Deepak Girotra of Visual Displays, New Delhi. Sun Fabric is 100 percent indigenously manufactured printing fabric which is available in different sizes. Choices available for backlit options are 60”, 50” & 40” and 122”, 102”, 80”, 60” & 40” for frontlit applications. Like vinyl and flex materials, Sun Fabric is adjustable to the profile of any printer whether it is solvent, eco-solvent or latex technology.
