Canon Arizona 1300 UV LED flatbed printers, which are new in the company’s F models, now boast flatbed table going mask-less. The popular models in the family are Arizona 1300 GTF and Arizona 1300 XTF. The ‘F’ in the models stands for Canon’s Flow technology, a zone-free suction system. Arizona Flow technology eliminates the need to mask the flatbed table before starting jobs, thanks to an airflow technique that combines a zone-free multi-origin table layout and easy-to-use pneumatic register cleats.
Arizona Flow technology works by creating a powerful flow of air around the substrate. This technology does not require sealing the support access path to generate vacuum. The pressure is the same over the entire table surface and is not affected by the location of the support or the number of open suction ports. The result: less masking, simplified job changeover and versatile, productive and accurate multi-card or double-sided printing. This technology is therefore suitable for multiple short runs throughout the day.
