Cafe Coffee Day outlets go for facelifts

Cafe Coffee Day (CCD) outlet, the largest cafe chain in India, is right in the middle of an image makeover for its stores. According to the company, it has been explained that if every cafe looks exactly the same, it can turn out to be quite boring. All the new stores will follow one of three themes – heritage, a second which is arty and youthful, and one more that is still to be decided. Reincarnation of CCD outlets into new formats would bring in a fresh business opportunity for the signage players dealing in in-shop displays and signage.
