One of the leading textile major Bombay Dyeing has plans to set up 50 new age stores with contemporary design and product specific displays during the current fiscal. Out of 50 new age stores the company has already opened six such stores so far. These new age stores will be focused on attracting young customers and the stores will have an area ranging between 700 and 1,600 sq ft. Expansion picking up gradually in the retail sector following the popping up of new high-end stores will gain a new opportunity for the signage players whose activities revolve around in-shop designs, displays, signs, etc.
