B-FLEX ITALIA launches new DTF heat transfer vinyl

At FESPA 2025 Berlin, B-FLEX ITALIA is bringing exciting innovations, with a new generation of its DTF products that offer significantly superior performance compared to previous versions. This evolution is accompanied by the launch of the new catalogue and other major innovations in the field of heat transfer vinyl, further solidifying the company’s role as a hub for textile customization. B-FLEX ITALIA’s constant commitment to research and development—an integral part of its DNA—has led to a major evolution in its DTF technologies. The new line ensures bright print colours, enhanced performance, improved durability and resistance, all while maintaining the fast application process typical of this technology.

Available in rolls with five standard height formats and in A3, A4, and 40×50 cm sheets, the new B-FLEX ITALIA DTF films are paired with a specially designed adhesive that delivers the best results when used with B-FLEX products. These high-performance materials are developed with safety in mind, as evidenced by OEKO-TEX certification for the film and ECO PASSPORT certification for the adhesive. For every customization project, B-FLEX ITALIA provides the most high-performance, suitable, and technically advanced materials.
