In its strategic attempt to boost momentum of its dynamic growth, Avery Dennison Materials South Asia recently appointed Anil Sharma as its new managing director, succeeding Raj Srinivasan, who is promoted to vice president, New Product Introduction, Avery Research Center, Pasadena, CA. In his new role, Anil will take on full strategic and operational responsibility for driving growth, productivity and profitability in roll material business in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Nepal.
Anil also has as a shared responsibility in the management of graphics, reflective and specialty tape business in South Asia. He joins Avery Dennison from Diversey Inc, a global leader in industrial detergents and sanitizers, where he worked in the capacity of vice president sales, food and beverage.
