Apollo Hospitals report profit and expand pharmacy network

Apollo Hospitals Enterprise has reported a six percent increase in net profit to Rs 92 crore as against Rs. 87 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. On the other side and during the quarter, Apollo Pharmacies have added 61 stores. It not only the pharmacies, the company has made the progress in expanding its network of hospitals and retail healthcare centres across the country. The total store network as on September 30 stands at 1,717 operational stores, according to a source from the company. The pharmacy expansion move of Apollo Hospitals Enterprise will offer some fresh in-store branding, designing and other related activities to the signage players whose activities involve in this sector.
