Alcan launching new joining rigid substrates

Alcan is introducing Profiles—a solution for attaching 3 mm rigid substrates in dimensional graphic displays and exhibits designed for medium-to-long-term applications. The aluminum extrusions not only can be used to join substrates but also to provide a finished edge to display pieces. And, because Profiles feature an anodised finish, suitable for both indoor and outdoor displays and signs.

The company will introduce Profiles aluminum extrusions at Specialty Printing & Imaging Technology 2009 SGIA Expo to be held from October 7-9, 2009, New Orleans. The company originally began utilising Profiles to showcase Dibond graphic display board applications.
