XANTE has launched the largest flatbed printer till date—X-121. It is an addition to its line of Adobe Postscript UV flatbed printers. This new XANTÉ X-121, with a 1.5x 3m full-bleed imaging area and high production speed, sets a new standard for direct-to-substrate printing. Built on the industry success of the X-98, the X-121 delivers unmatched output capacity and creative flexibility. Its expansive bed supports up to fifteen 20.3 x 60.9cm yard signs at once, dramatically boosting throughput while slashing turnaround times. Despite its size, this engineered, smart, compact design fits through any standard doorway, making installation possible, even in tightest of workspaces.
At the core of the X-121 are dual or quad EPSON i3200 four-channel printheads (CMYK) and (WWWW), delivering rich, vibrant colour and precise detail on virtually any substrate, including wood, glass, stone, metal, acrylic, vinyl, Coroplast, paper, and more. With a 7.6cm (3 inch) maximum printhead height, it easily accommodates thicker media types. Key features of the machine include: 110V operation with powerful dual 220V vacuum pumps for stable, secure media placement during printing; Multi-purpose jig included for seamless printing on golf balls, baseballs, pop sockets, and more; XANTÉ UV Unlimited Technology™ for printing on curved and cylindrical surfaces, like cups, mugs, and bottles, that hold up through countless dishwasher cycles.
