Antalis, a world leader in the distribution of packaging, visual communication and papers consumables, equipment and solutions, continues to expand its presence in the European market with the acquisition of Texo Trade Services (TTS), a leading European distributor and manufacturer of printable textiles and transfer printing media for textile and large-format printing based in the Netherlands. This strategic operation reflects Antalis’ ambition to reinforce its position in the Visual Communication sector, one of the Group’s key growth drivers. It will enable Antalis to strengthen its footprint in the printable textile sector, roaden its portfolio of high value-added solutions and consolidate its commercial synergies across Europe.
The transaction also contributes to accelerating the Group’s sustainability commitments, by integrating a product range recognised for its innovation and reduced environmental impact. Based in Moordrecht in the Netherlands and backed by over 25 years of experience, Texo Trade Services has become a major player in the European Visual Communication and garment decoration market. The company, which employs 75 people and generated €34 million in revenue in 2024, distributes its products in more than 70 countries, with key markets including the Netherlands, France, Germany, Belgium, and Poland.
