First India store of Massimo Dutti opens at New Delhi. The store unveils at Select Citywalk mall in the capital will house womenswear, menswear, footwear, accessories and personal tailoring. Spanish premium fashion brand Massimo Dutti, when created in 1985, was originally limited to menswear. When it launched womenswear 10 years later, it was with a variety of styles from casual to sophisticated and timeless, thus establishing its footprint in premium fashion. Massimo Dutti’s debut store in India is measured around 5,000 sq ft of retail space. Gradual unveiling of high-end outlets like that of Massimo Dutti will be an added business advantage for the signage companies whose activities are involved around in-shop branding, designs and displays.
