XAAR 1201 pulls crowd at Shanghai Ad and Sign Expo 2017

Shanghai International Ad & Sign Technology & Equipment Exhibition 2017 in Shanghai (8 – 11 March 2017) features the strong presence of the XAAR 1201 as the company’s development partners demonstrate the printhead’s capabilities at the show. Launched at the drupa 2016, the XAAR 1201 is a thin film piezo Silicon MEMS technology printhead perfect for OEMs looking to design textile or graphics printers for banners, soft signage and POS applications. This compact printhead
delivers a high quality of print combined with high productivity and is exceptionally easy to integrate; therefore time-to-market is minimised.

XAAR’s Chinese partners showing the XAAR 1201 include Guangzhou Xucheng Electronic Technology Co Ltd (Xucheng), Gongzheng Group Co Ltd and Zhengzhou New Century Digital Print Technology Co Ltd (New Century), all displaying one or more printers using the XAAR 1201 with eco-solvent ink. Also from China, Human Digital Technology (Shanghai) Co Ltd will be showing three XAAR 1201 based printers, with either eco-solvent or aqueous ink. Indian partner ColorJet is also presenting its AuraJet printer also with XAAR 1201 printheads.
