Taiwanese home decor brand Haoshi ventures into India

Taiwanese home décor giant Haoshi has now ventured into India in collaboration with Kolkata-based ST Unicom. The strategic tie up marks Haoshi’s launch in India through ST Unicom as the latter reserves the rights to distribute and retail Haoshi’s entire product portfolio in India. The strategic tie up allows Kolkata based ST Unicom to retail Haoshi’s entire product portfolio through its exclusive brand stores. Now the company is looking forward to expand its retail footprint for its own home fashion retail brand ‘SPACIO’ in the first phase. Now the company has already occupied 25,000 sq ft retail space and planning to add up another 1,00,000 sq ft retail space spreading over 75 retail outlets across India by the financial year 2014-15. Such progressive expansion plan of the home décor major will be an added business opportunity for the signage companies dealing in in-shop displays, designs and related activities.
