NESCHEN expands product line with directly printable PVC films

NESCHEN, known for modern self-adhesive products and high-quality coated media, has expanded its product line of directly printable PVC films. The newly introduced UV dot print’n’ walk from the company is a transparent R9 certificated film for POS floor graphics. The film meets the safety requirements for slip resistance of floor advertising in public areas like supermarkets or restaurants. Comparable products must be laminated with an additional protective film in order to guarantee the required slip resistance. UV dot print’n’ walk transparent is a ‘one part’ system that reduces production labor costs and installation time for floor advertising.

This new one-sided self-adhesive NESCHEN film is particularly suitable for adhesion on smooth floor surfaces like ceramic tiles and marble. Due to the transparent film, unusual optical effects can be achieved without expensive plotting. This transparent, monomeric 200 µm soft PVC-film forms the basis of the product. All UV dot print’n’ walk films can be printed with the most popular UV inks and it is available now in the size of 155 cm x 30m.
