Mutoh introduces ValueJet aqueous-based soft signage printers

Mutoh has launched the ValueJet 1628T 64-inch and ValueJet 2628T 100-inch aqueous printers, specifically designed for soft signage printing. ValueJet 1628T/2628T incorporate new and improved technology that offers numerous business opportunities for soft signage printing that will target the creative digital textile market. The printers are designed for soft signage applications such as banners, flags, pennants, POP-displays and signage, posters, tradeshow graphics, museum fine art, wall murals, for both polyester fabrics and dye-sublimation paper.

Offering a maximum print width of 63.2 inches/103.2 inches and print resolutions of 360, 540, and 720 dpi for different applications, the printers have draft quality speeds up to 447sq ft/hr, and print speeds up to 154sqft/hr in production mode. The ValueJet 1628T/2628T employ a new head, which is best suited for polyester fabrics using the On Demand Piezo Drive Method.
