Monotech Systems launches upgraded Pixeljet miniRTR UV LED printer

Focusing on future technologies, innovation and step towards ‘green’ printing, Monotech Systems has launched Pixeljet miniRTR, a new version of the company’s existing 6 feet UV LED roll-to-roll printer. The advanced version of miniRTR is capable of printing high-quality indoor and outdoor signage applications along with various interior décor applications. “This new system is an updated version of our existing model Pixeljet miniRTR. It is now available with the RICOH industrial grade printheads which are popular when it comes to UV printing,” says Manoj Garg, General Manager – Wide Format Graphics, Monotech Systems Limited.

Manoj continues, “RICOH industrial grade printhead offers enhanced productivity that enables the miniRTR to deliver a printing 8speed of upto 150 sqft/hr (based on the printhead and color configurations). It also brings the media versatility and enables the printing on a wide range of indoor and outdoor applications such as transparent materials, self-adhesive vinyl, outdoor materials, films, leather as well as décor applications like wallpapers, window blinds, wall decals, canvas, etc.” Pixeljet miniRTR UV LED roll-to-roll printers are available in six- and four-colour versions. It is equipped with a UV LED lamp, allowing users to print on a variety of media and save energy, cost and time.

One of the main features of the newly launched upgraded Pixeljet miniRTR UV LED printer is its four-colour optional varnish plus white and clear ink version, which can print white in different modes, improving the opacity of printed materials, increasing colour contrast and readability. It also delivers embossing effects for various digital decorations. It is perfectly designed for mid-range users who want to switch from eco-solvent to UV printing on a budget.
