Max Fashions to open more stores in non-metros

Dubai-based Landmark Group’s apparel brand Max Fashions will open more stores in tier II towns in India soon.The company has recently completed its 200th outlet in India, and the company’s 60 of the 100 stores are planned for next year, which all will be in non-metros. This expansion, with each unit worth close to Rs 3 crore, will add 30 to 40 cities to the company’s network. There are also plans to expand EasyBuy, the apparel value retail format of the Landmark group, in the country. Currently there are 33 EasyBuy stores concentrated in the South and North. Max Fashion’s penetration into the non-metro areas will bring fresh business for the signage companies whose activities in in-store projects.
