Recent trend towards health and fitness has driven tea export firm Madhu Jayanti International Ltd (MJIL) to introduce its tea and herbal brands in Indian market. The company has recently opened its flagship tea store in Goa. Replicating its success in Russian and other countries, makers and suppliers of TE-A-ME brand of tea MJIL is confident that India’s consumption pattern would shift to tea bags. Launched in 2014, this brand of tea is available in 20 different varieties in the country, each having a unique and gustative appeal. Growing of new stores in the country’s retail sector is an added business opportunity for the signage companies whose activities revolve around in-shop branding, displays, graphics, among others.
