Delhi-based French patisserie and bakery chain L’Opera is planning to add 50 outlets across India by 2021 for which the company will raise around Rs 40 crore. The chain currently has 16 outlets in Delhi, Gurugram and Dehradun. The new cities where the new outlets will be unveiled include Chennai, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Delhi-NCR. The company will also open two more regional production centres in Mumbai and Bengaluru alongside satellite production centres in Pune and Chennai. L’Opera started operations in 2010 and opened its first flagship outlet in Delhi in March 2011. Opening of the new L’Opera outlets is an added business advantage for the signage companies dealing in in-store graphics, designs, branding, etc.
