Kapila’s MMT (Digital) installs the first Durst Rho UV flatbed digital printing systems in the subcontinent

In line with it’s tradition of being pioneers in the field of out-of-home printing, Metro Multimedia Technologies (Digital) – MMT (D) – has recently installed the subcontinent’s first Durst Rho UV flatbed digital printing system at it’s production facility located in Lower Parel in Mumbai.

The company has chosen to install the top of the line Rho Rapid with white hybrid configuration allowing for both high volume rigid and high volume flexible media printing. The MMT (D) and Durst partnership will bring to the Indian OOH industry environmentally safe and consistently highest quality prints on a wide variety of substrates- both standard and innovative. Durst UV inks have a very wide colour gamut, proven adhesion to a very wide variety of materials and of course a tried and proven white (Durst was the first manufacturer to have a working solution for digital UV white) – all part of a system, which together with a high quality and reliable hardware and MMT (D)’s expertise and infrastructure, has the capabilities to redefine standards of quality and deliverability for the Indian OHH print industry while raising the bar on the levels of expectations to the print buyer.
