JX Enterprises introduces new GZM3204 HU UV printer

Chennai-based JX Enterprise, an authorised distributor of Gongzheng printers in India, has announced the introduction of a new Gongzheng UV printer—GZM3204HU. This newly introduced UV printer with Dimatix Starfire 1024 (10 pl) printheads is a high speed system available in low cost. The printer uses ONYX Rip + GZ Control Console and compatible with a wide range of print media, such as banner, backlit, frontlit, vinyl, film, and wallpaper churned at the speeds of 950 sq ft/hr (draft), 800 sq ft/hr (production) and 430 sq ft/hr (high resolution). It is featured with automatic media feeding and taking up system with pneumatic shaft.

GZM3204HU delivers graphic prints that last longer than usual in the outdoor environment. The printer consumes low power (50 Hz/AC, 220V+10%, 13A) and emits low odour. It features a drying system with pre, mid, post and extended heater, plus LED UV curing lamps, which eventually results in fast drying, ideal for immediate finishing. The platen UV lamp in the printer fixes the dots during printing, ensuring sharp detail and smooth tone. The printer’s feeding system with four media holders is ideal for either two rolls of light media or one roll of heavy media. The air shaft of the printer assures precise and stable media taking up. After all, GZM3204HU HI-UV printer is faster and cheaper than any other traditional UV printer.
