Application range

As direct application does not require any glue or film, AGP graphic pixels can get into any curved, deep and bump areas. It may look like that the removal of graphic images would be a tough process. Of course, paint can be removed with a special chemical anytime within 1-2 years and repainted new graphics unlimited times on the same body. Unique tracing

In case of car wrapping which has to trace small curves on body surface, the distance between the spray nozzle tip on the pen unit and the surface is kept in constant. In order to realise this operation, AGP has its own unique feature called Curved Surface Tracing System or unique patented system that allows painting on curved surfaces.

When it comes to joining images, graphics can be merged together smoothly by arranging the joints. While dividing data, a 100-pixel overlaps the area. Marking a gradient in the overlap area, it gradually lightens the density in the joining area of the first image then makes the coinciding image gradually darken in the second image. Machine specification

AGP machines models are ranged from 2.5 mtr to 1.5 mtr with different dimensions of 2600mm(h) x 3420mm(w) x 19500mm(d) to 1500mm(h) x 2500mm(w) x 200mm(d). Printable at the pitch of 1.20 mm/pixel, the machines are designed with five-colour process Pixel Density Control method.
