Gandinnovations appoints new COO

James Gandy, CEO and chairman, Gandinnovations, announced the appointment of Terry Vandewarker as chief operating officer for the company. Prior to this, he was working with Encad Inc and Eastman Kodak. Vandewarker was president and chief executive officer of Encad from July 2000 through January 2002 and continued as president until July 2002 after the acquisition by Eastman Kodak. He began his career at Price Waterhouse and held senior leadership positions with Universal Television and several public and private companies.
