FUJIFILM India presents its Vybrant 1800 eco-solvent printer at Media Expo 2016 in New Delhi

For the first time in the region, FUJIFILM India showcased its recently released Vybrant 1800 eco-solvent printer during the Media Expo 2016 at New Delhi. Uniquely ‘made in India’ in accordance to the need and requirement of the Indian signage/display art market, this highly productive eco-solvent wide-format printer provides unparalleled cost per print and excellent productivity with up to 20 sq m/hr. Vybrant 1800 is equipped with highly efficient FUJIFILM Dimatix Q-Class Industrial Quality printhead, which runs on Peizo DOD technology.

In addition to Vybrant 1800, FUJIFILM also showcased its state-of-the-art printer, Acuity EY, at the expo. Using the company’s award winning Uvijet inks the Acuity EY can print on to a broad range of rigid and flexible PoP materials up to 50.8mm thick and the white ink option provides an opportunity to print high value materials like wood, metal, clear and coloured products. In a brief talk with SignNews, Yasunobu Nishiyama, MD, FUJIFILM India said Vybrant 1800 is the company’s first step towards developing its products in India. “The push given by the government’s ‘Make in India’ initiative gives us great scope for our business,” he asserted.
