Fisher Textiles Introduces 480L Soft Poly Pad

Fisher Textiles has introduced 480L Soft Poly Pad. This is an alternative to foam and core boards for retail signage applications. It can be both Dye Sublimated and UV curable printed with roll to roll or flatbed printers. 480L Soft Poly Pad is a three layer material consisting of Fisher’s 480 Poplin on the printable side laminated to a polyester fiber layer 100 mil thick that is laminated to 480 Poplin Black on the back side. The middle layer consists of a high-quality polyester fiber made from 100 percent certified recycled plastic PET bottles.

Since 480L Soft Poly Pad can be put up on a roll, shipping costs are significantly less than traditional foam and core boards. It has finished edges but can be scissor or razor cut, no sewing is necessary. The flexibility of the fabric and printable surface truly make this a unique fabric for retail advertising applications. Sample rolls are available for testing.
