Fire retardant polyester from IMS

Inkjet Media Supplies (IMS), one of the popular printing material majors, now introduces Fire Retardant Polyester, a 260g/sqm fabric compatible with eco-solvent, latex and UV-cured printers. This newly introduced special fabric is semi-gloss and has a clean bright white finish, with a good fireproof property. This fine textured 100% polyester canvas is ideal for the low cost creation of stretched canvas art where only a subtle textured finish is required.

Also, this fire retardant fabric is stretchable without cracking and it can be cut with a knife without threading. Fabric is coated with a fire retardant coating with European specs and is suitable for Exhibitions and Mall signage. This polyester fabric is available in 137cm and 152.4cm widths (with a 310cm length in the pipeline). Applications of the fabric include fine art reproduction and Giclee prints as well as signs, banners, backdrops, gazebos, murals, commercial and residential decorations and framed and mounted art prints.
