Esko introduces 189-inch digital cutting table for heavy-duty corrugated production

Esko announces the launch of its new Kongsberg C66 digital cutting table designed for heavy-duty corrugated production and spanned 98 x 189 inch. The table can run up to 328 ft/min and can handle manual multi-zone production of 87 x 126-in. sheets. Operators can set up one zone while the other is running. Additional features include i-cut Production Console, which offers capabilities such as camera control, machine setup, tool recognition, calibration, tool adjustments, and color-coded alerts and updates. When combined with Device Manager, it offers the ability to follow production progress from a distance. Device Manager displays the status and queues of all connected devices and it helps in optimizing sheet nesting and features a drag-and-drop interface, allowing operators to prioritise table queues, insert rush jobs, and balance workloads between equipment.
