Drytac adds new display board edge finishing solutions

Edging line for DES-4 Foam
Aworldwide manufacturer and distributor of mounting, laminating, framing and finishing materials and equipment including its new line UV curable and aqueous laminators, Drytac has added natural edging materials for use with its new DES-4Foam Edge Finishing System. The new finishes include a natural maple wood veneer and a Kraft paper finish.

The natural maple finish wood veneer is both compostable and recyclable and can be stained, painted or coated with a clear acrylic finish. The Kraft paper finish is made of two layers of paper thermally fused together to give it the rigidity needed to apply it to a range of display boards. As per the requirement, this edging can also be painted with low VOC paint.

Jerry Hill, vice president of sales and marketing, Drytac said, “With the growing use of eco-friendly boards like X-Board by Xanita, there has been a lot of requests for edging materials that do not take away from the eco-friendliness and natural look of these types of display boards.”
