Dell plans to expand retail presence across 1300 Indian cities and towns

Dell is now present in 1,000 cities and towns in India and looking to increase the presence in 300 more cities and towns this year. The company has 680 Dell exclusive stores. This year, the company is planning to add another 100 stores. The company is reaching out to students in tier III and IV towns in India where it is creating awareness around gaming PC and career options linked to it. Just recently, Dell unveiled first gaming laptop, Alienware, whose component can be changed like it is done in assembled desktop PC. The retail expansion plan of Dell is an added business opportunity for the signage players engaging in in-store projects.
