Canon introduces new web version of PosterArtist

Canon Australia announces a new version of free-of-charge online poster creation software PosterArtist that makes in-house poster design and print easier and is compatible with a wide range of Canon devices. All that’s needed to start poster creation is a compatible Canon printer and access to the PosterArtist site (http://posterartist.canon) where a wide range of templates, images, fonts and Clipart images and icons can be found, according to a release from Canon Australia.

This free-of-charge online poster creation software is compatible with a wide range of Canon devices including the imagePROGRAF large format printers, imagePRESS production printers, imageRUNNER multifunction devices, imageCLASS printers, right through to home and small office printers included in the PIXMA and MAXIFY ranges. Until now, customers wanting to produce posters typically needed to invest in complex design packages and spend considerable time learning how to use them.
