Apsom Infotex acquires Delhi-based UV Printers

On account of its ecological benefits and versatile printing ability across all materials with added advantage in constant colour deliveries, UV printing is the future in the wide-format segment. In this backdrop, Apsom Infotex, key distributor of brands like Roland and Colorjet, has acquired Delhi-based UV Printers that caters a line of UV machines from the Korean company Dilli. UV Printers, founded by Kirti Vijay Sharma, is one of the leading suppliers of UV printing systems designed for diverse applications including glass, ceramic tiles, furniture, fixtures etc over the last one decade or so.

After the acquisition, entire range of Dilli UV printing systems will now be marketed by Apsom Infotex. “The large-format printing business is moving into a consolidation phase, and it was the right time for us to associate with Apsom Infotex for enhanced reach and driving business synergies, so that our collaborative effort can offer better value preposition to our customers,” said Kirti Vijay Sharma.
