Agfa-Gevaert Group announces that it will acquire Inca Digital Printers, subject to meeting and obtaining customary conditions and approvals. The acquisition strengthens Agfa’s position in high speed digital printing. “The Inca acquisition is a major step in Agfa’s transformation.
