AGFA Graphics launches new Jeti Ceres RTR3200 LED high speed RTR printer

Latest launch from AGFA Graphics is the Jeti Ceres RTR3200 LED printer, which is the roll-to-roll (RTR) version of the Jeti Titan series and is for the mid to high end applications. Equipped with ‘white ink’ that adds to the versatility of the printer as well as a primer option for those sometimes difficult media. This new AGFA Graphics system is capable of speeds up to 186 sq m/hour and printing dual roll simultaneously. The Jeti Ceres system comes with Asanti, Agfa Graphics’ wide-format printing workflow software which manages the processes in prepress, production and finishing. The Jeti Ceres with Asanti are also compatible with Agfa Graphics’ cloud-based PrintSphere, which standardises the flow of information between customers, colleagues, freelancers, departments and other AGFA printing solutions, streamlining file sharing and ensuring data security in the automated workflow.

This newly launched Jeti Ceres RTR3200 LED printer is optimized for AGFA’s UV LED inks and thin ink layer technology. Thanks to state-of-the-art UV LED curing and Agfa Graphics’ UV LED-cured inks, Jeti Ceres can print on heat-sensitive media such as self-adhesive sheets and PVC without warping or wrinkling them, which opens up new opportunities and allows to reduce costs. AGFA Graphics’ inks are at the cutting edge when it comes to versatility, colour gamut and image quality.
