Abhinav Digital installs Ess Dee's three digital printers

The digital print market is growing at a fast pace and to match the needs of fast expanding market, printers are getting equipped with better printers and latest innovations. Not only the quantity of work but also the quality of work has improved manifolds. Abhiman Vayabase in conversation with S&G shared the happy news of installing three digital printers – Innovajet 3208 by Ess Dee Nutek Infinities and more on that. Excerpts

Latur, Maharashtra based Abhinav Digital had made a humble beginning in the year 1994 as a small printer. In the beginning the company started its operations with treadle letter press. And gradually evolved as one of the most trusted print providers having the turnover of 2 crores within few years.

In the year 1997 the company upgraded by installing first offset machine of size 10″x15″. And just three years ago, company ventured into the digital printing segment.

Foreseeing better prospects in digital printing, they installed three digital printers recently. “We have big clients, who are expecting from us to provide digital printing services as well. So, we were seriously planning to expand in this sector. Our major client is Kirti Corporation (a division of Sungold Capital Ltd) manufacturers of cotton, agro products like oil seeds, sesame seeds etc. All the packaging job of Kirti Gold is done by us, besides we have other packaging jobs as well – of Tina (Fortune oil) and Gopal Milk. As we were looking for digital printers for sometime and our search for excellence stopped at Ess Dee,” Abhiman informed.

Explaining more about the features and qualities they figured out in Ess Dee’s machines before installation, he added, “These machines, which we have installed in our Latur facility are ideal for our corporate clients, who are extremely quality conscious. The high speeds of these machines help in meeting the deadlines and getting return on investment (ROI) faster. Moreover they are also easy to handle.” On asking more about the projects and clients being handled by them, he divulged, “For Gopinath Munde and Ramesh Appakaran, BJP leaders, we have provided printing and fabrication services, covering both elections and other related campaigns. Besides Maharashtra Institute of Technology (MIT) is also our regular valued client.”

“We share great rapport with our clients and most of our clients are as old as we are…they are with us since 1994. One of our clients runs a rural school and for them we print answer sheets and other jobs as well. And we keep a close relationships with all of them,” he added.

Currently based in Latur, company is catering to the local market, but they have all the plans to expand into newer territories, like Marathwada and Vidarbha.
